Please note we take great pride and precautions when servicing your vehicle. Upon arrival, we will visually inspect the interior and exterior of you vehicle. In many cases, some damages may not be as visible and ask that you point out any areas on the car that are fragile or not functional. We ARE NOT responsible for electrical or mechanical malfunctions, aged/normal wear and tear interior parts (breaking/cracking), scratches, swirl marks, dents, stains, tears in your cloth or leather seats/ carpets, chipped paint (from worn/old paint) that may appear from the process of washing, drying, buffing, and cleaning your vehicle. If you clearly tell us what is wrong but we still manage to mishandle the area, we will come to an agreement/solution that is fair to both parties.
